If you type btyahoo into google you will get to the page where you can login.0

www.mail.yahoo.com for email
www.btyahoo.com for any extras such as net protect
you do not need the disk as it will only add some software to your pc.0 -
And that software is just useless bloatware.
BT OR engineers do not install anything on your PC. BT Yahoo is simply accessed via your web browser, all you need is you u/n and password. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
The BT Yahoo setup is basically cr*p anyway, and is best ignored.
Get a Gmail account, and set up Google Chrome as your browser and you'll be much better off."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
It's a bad idea to use a email address provided by your broadband provider as it makes switching a pain.0

No ISP will install any disc software on your PC as it could leave them open to claims for damaged equipment UNLESS it's a requested managed install & in that case you will be asked to sign a disclaimer absolving the ISP from any problems arising from their softwares use.0
