Errm, what do you think? Although it was my first thought! It would be good experience and stand you in good stead should you join the police for real! Go for it.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Being a policewomen would be an eyeopener and would not be conducive to starting a realtionship with someone because of the hours. Personally Lyns i think it would be a good step. What about the forces? What kind of quals do yo u have? You could join as an officer? Id have to salute you (I do anyway) and call you Ma-am!This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I find this is quite good/amusing/disturbing view into the police.lynsayjane wrote: »as for strong stomach, yeah kinda. at uni i had to disect all sorts of things and it takes a strong stomach to kill a mouse then cut out it's intestines....
I had a mate who was a special - he went to a house to investigate a complaint of a bad smell. The couple were quite nice, and said yes he could look around and find out where the smell came from. He went upstairs. They had a baby, which was quite unusually furry and strangely coloured. Mould. He did manage to get down the stairs and outside before his lunch sprayed out.

i don't want much. my ideal man is a little romantic, not overly soppy but considerate. he's gotta have a nice body, ripped but not overly so. nice smile and eyes. confident and secure without being arrogant. generous and caring. has to love kids and want some, tho preferrably not already have. has to totally adore me and be proud to go out with me, want to show me off to his friends but without wanting to spend every minute with me. trustworthy and loyal. good taste in clothes (last bf was likened to roy cropper by my sis for his taste in jumpers, shudder!). be good wiht money0 -

Bloody hell! Mates wife has been in the force for 2 years now and she has seen some sights. The scariest thing is she hardened to them and rapes and deaths are every day occurrences to her.....This is a system account and does not represent a real person. yeah but like i say i'm not looking for a relationship or at least thats not all i'm looking for. being a special it's volunteer work so you can give as much or as little time as you can spare, there are no limits on what you have to do.0 -
