House insurance - near water

House insurance is nearly up for renewal. The question always comes up, "are you within 1 mile to water" (can't remember exact distance, think it's a mile). Anyway, there is a pond near to my house. Thanks

Here is a definition from one compare site:-

If your property is located within 400m (1/4 mile) of a river, stream, brook, lake, watercourse or sea then please select "yes"
