Where to download Windows XP Home SP3 OEM

My Samsung N130 Netbook came with XP Home SP3 but no reinstall disc. I've just had to replace the hard drive due to it developing a fault.

Now I need to install XP Home SP3 on it again but where can I download a clean copy? I have a legit key from the COA sticker on back of the Netbook.

Why don't they supply reinstall discs with computers anymore! So called recovery partitions are no good if your HDD is knackard...
