Hello,
I am trying to install the corel draw X3 packaged and an error occur:
error 1305: error reading Program Files\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 13\Custom Data\Frames\Abstract_2.cpt Verify that the file exists and that you can access it
when i go to the file it says it is 0kb. I think there may be damage to the cd. Is there anyone who could send me a copy of this file? if so pm me, or if anyone knows where I can download it? I have tried a google search.. because I cant afford to buy a another copy!
Thanks in advance
LC

Try this solution: "Error 1304" or "Error 1305" error message when you try to install your software
If no joy with the above, copy the entire contents of the CD to a newly created folder on your hard drive, & run the setup/install file on the hard drive.

Before installing CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X3
* Make sure that your system Date/Time are set correctly.
* Close all applications, including all virus detection programs and applications that are open in the system tray or on the Windows taskbar. Not doing so may increase the installation time and interfere with installation.
* On Windows 2000 or XP, you should be logged in as an administrator or as a user with administrative rights.
* Make sure that you have enough free disk space available on the drive where you want to install the application.
* To avoid file and memory conflicts, close all running programs and delete the contents of your system's TEMP folders. [C:\Documents and Settings\<Administrator>\Local Settings\Temp] and [C:\<WINNT>\Temp]
* Corel recommends that you install CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X3 in its own directory to avoid conflicts with previous versions.
Good luck, G0
