Can an organisation get out of paying staff redundancy by just shutting up? If the business has no work and just shuts up, what are the staff entitled to?

In short, if it's a Ltd Co, yes. Someone else would have to force it into liquidation and then the staff could claim from the RPO. ICan an organisation get out of paying staff redundancy by just shutting up?0 -
