Cheapest utilities for customers on income based JSA

Hi

Does anyone know who the cheapest suppliers are for gas and electric for customers receiving income based JSA? I have heard that all suppliers have cheap rates for people on means tested benefits, but they don't advertise these rates.

Advice would be gratefully received

lilystyle, google uswitch they have different tarrifs to TRY to keep ppl out of fuel poverty, Martin actually did a comparison on his prog last week with some family and saved a fair bit, all cause they were on a higher tarriff

There's a guide to the schemes that companies do have here:

but I don't know any that just routinely give lower rates to people on IBJSA

Check out the warmer homes scheme, I just received £130 off my electric bill as I'm on JSA, each electric company have different rules to who gets on the scheme, this site lists those companies that take part in the scheme and gives links to their sites.
