Now now, at the time you were quite willing to go along with this 'forgery'. Both of you have committed fraud.
You borrowed it, you have to pay it back
.
No one here is going to help you to avoid paying it which is basically what you are asking.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

It really depends what reason you are asking. Far from me to judge, but it now appears like you are looking for a way out of paying back what you were happy to borrow.
Please correct me if I am wrong.0 -
Or maybe get the loan written off and the two parties involved should be prosecuted for fraud?Space available for rent0

Simply unbelievable.
Happy to go along with the fraud to get the loan - now suddenly seen the light to get out of it.
You're party to the fraud - so please report it and go down as well.0 -
poor wife. your wife may have a very good case for fighting the loan. however you would be shall we say stuffed. were did the money go you or your wife's account.0

And believe me, they WILL take your car if you don't repay.
Asking from experience? I only wish I weren't.

You're stuck really .... the sort of person that would forge a signature on your doorstep .... knows where you live and will have a lot of spare time on their hands if they're sacked....0
