**WARNING**AMEX Nectar BONUS Points

AMEX are confessing to a 'computer glitch', due to which the Nectar Bonus Points for each £500 spent each month are NOT being awarded!
This 'glitch' has been ongoing since the end of July, and I have been forced into a multi email chase since then to get my Bonus Points sorted out.
Check your 'points transferred' section of the AMEX web site today, if you have hit the spending targets!

Thank You I thought the promotion had finished and applied for the Sainsbury Nectar card, I will chase up and retain the card for none Sainsbury shopping,0

Another week passes, and still no 'Bonus Points' !
Further irate message sent to AMEX, and the reply received today.................................
Dear ############,
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
A technical error has been identified regarding the MorePoints bonus on your Nectar card which has meant that the correct bonus has not been applied to your account. We are working hard to correct this as soon as possible. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please be assured that the 1,500 bonus more Nectar points will be issued to you automatically once the technical glitch has been fixed and you will start receiving the bonus points automatically every month.
On behalf of American Express, I would like to apologise for any inconvenience this matter has caused you.

MorePoints are 'nornally' awarded in separate 500 point batches during the month, each time that the spend exceeds the £500 spend multiple. This has not been happening since July, and the 1,500 points mentioned above is the balance of the 3,500 points which should been awarded to me!
Check your points on the AMEX website, and COMPLAIN !!0 -
We were discussing this here last week.
Not only this, but this months my points went missing all together!! They are gone from my credit card a/c, but not credited to my Nectar card!!0
