Hi alirob,
You should get more help with this on the In My Home board so I'll move your thread over there.

I take it you are moving house? Check that the fence and shed are not included in the sale agreement of your house! They may not be yours to take...0

thanks, no they are not, and I either take them with me or dismantle it, so of course I am taking it all with me (well I would like to) as they are brilliant and in perfect condition, so just need an fence experts opinion on how to get started...
thanks0 -
Sheds tend to be nailed together, so it's out with the claw hammer and crowbar, prising it all apart (normally they come as complete panels with the roof in 1 or 2 pieces). Take the felt off the roof, then the roof off, then the panels should seperate from one another at each corner and the floor, with the floor being last.
Fences vary, what have you got? Either way they are normally fence panels fixed to solid fence posts that may be concreted into the ground.0 -
Ask the buyer if they would like to buy them from you.
Firstly that will clarify that they are not included in the sale and secondly, if they offer a fair price, it saves you a lot of time and effort dismantling and moving them.
Don’t be surprised if the buyer is surprised that they are not included, especially the fence.0 -
I can understand you wanting to take the shed .... but the fence
this is a bit strange! If you have a really good quality fence that you want to take then replace it with a cheap fence...but I would no be happy to move in somewhere to discover the fence had been taken! I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes

thanks no there is a reason for that and believe me you would do the same in my situation, so the fence has 2 go... and they are definitelly not included in the sale,. and thanks for all your suggestions!
