The other option is to see if you can get some support from a charity. Some suppliers have set up charities for this kind of thing.

Sorry, but if even with the heating switched off you can't afford the amount that the PPM is recovering for debt, then the supplier is unlikely to want to reduce that and extend the repayment period even more. You are in effect receiving an interest free loan and asking for longer to pay it off.No free lunch, and no free laptop
