Some background, I have been since the start of September doing the required checks and courses for becoming a childminder, I am halfway through the CYPOP5 course paid for by myself and I have booked onto a peadiatric first aid, would I be able to ask the job centre for help to pay for the first aid and get some advice on making the childminding a success, I have done all my research and it is a viable option as at the moment as there is a shortage in my local area of childminders.
I have already got a valid level 3 qualification and have worked prior to getting ill but am fed up of jumping through hoops to get my ESA and fed up of being tarred as a lazy scrounger

Of all the things I have lost I miss my mind the most
£2,960 in debt to RBS paying off at £10 a Fortnight

Don't expect much help, nothing that you can't already do for yourself. You won't get any funding towards your course, at most they offer courses for illiterate or semi-literate claimants, which don't seem applicable.
The interviews are designed more to harass you in to eventually finding a job rather than to assist you in finding one.0
