I see this 'roadmap' misses two critical pieces of benefit to this group :
.1. reconsideration rights if it is disallowed on basic entitlement conditions after the phone call are missing, and ;
.2. it makes no mention of appeal rights following unsuccessful reconsiderations
NOTE : That there is no online / offline claim form yet and won't be till the 'regulation' and final version of the assessment criteria is decided - only then can it be produced - and only then will we truly know what the criteria are !

Different subject but a much improved communication style for those struggling to understand the new Housing Benefit rules due to come in next year, it covers Welfare Reform concerns on Social Housing in particular but it applies to all 'Bedroom Tax' / Housing Benefit scenario's.
