Like, should I just stop for now and start again once I've moved, or would you keep going, perhaps using a friend's address?

I would continue using your current address, just make sure you have a forward set up with Royal Mail (as in firefly's link) from the day you move. We used that when we moved, well worth the money - go for the full year option, it's not that much more & means you even catch the very occasional stuff like Christmas cards from friends you forgot to tell... as well as hopefully a few comp wins that took ages to draw &/or arrive :D

But it sounds like you might have the same problem as me - give yourself a good talking to, to make sure you pack & clean etc. when you could be comping ;):o
