Hi, how do you handle it with HR if you are not happy with the package? Are you within your rights to haggle and if so what are the right questions or arguments to put forward?
Appreciate your help.

What are you not happy with?
Anything is negotiable
If the redundancy is fare and in accordance with legislation then once you have statutory and contractual payments then it is down to how good you are at negotiations if you want more.0 -
I was just asking a very general quesion. I know the company only has to offer you statutory but wondered the right way to handle it to see if you can get a bit more0

First question to ask yourself is, "why should they pay you more?". If you can come up with an answer then you have something to negotiate with.0
