Home Emergency Cover for Letted Property?

Can anyone recommend a ‘Home Emergency’ insurer, for a property which is let out to tenants?

Many Thanks

Try a good insurance broker, or look at your current property insurers and ask them.

I used British Gas for all my appliances and central heating. They were fine about letting, no extra charge.

I never insured against a.n.other problems, guess I have been lucky!

It does not seem such a good investment now and got rid of all but one property.
