Can anyone recommend a ‘Home Emergency’ insurer, for a property, which is let out to tenants?
Many Thanks

I don't know a mainstream insurer that would do this,
I think the best bet would be to contact one of the bigger Home emergency cover suppliers themselves as they might be able to advise. Try the company HomeServe.
Alternatively an insurance broker may be able to help.0 -
