Egg credit card

I have had an Egg credit card for some time,since they were
taken over by Barclays I have not used the card,but paid monthly payments via direct debit .On my online statement,it only shows the last 4 numbers of my account,and I have lost the full number details. I have written to Barclays for more information about the Egg account, but received no reply.Does anyone have an address ,where I might get a reply from.When I phone the number given,a recorded message asks for the card number to be typed in ,which I do not have.I would like to pay off the card but am not getting anywhere.
