lead effect pvc windows

I have a problem when my neibours bang their front door shut the plastic fake pvc lead effect in my windows rattles like hell and is loud enough to wake me up on a morning.how can i get into it to take it out,had a look and the bits look like they will just pull out of their slots.

Are you sure it isn't an original leaded light that's been sealed into a double glazed unit? They're usually made deliberately to stay loose inside.
Prizing off the edging to have a look can end up ruining the things; it may be better to contact a glazier that deals with leadlights/repairs.
Not to forget that lead is toxic.

if the strips lead or plastic are inside the glazed units the simple answer is you can't, the units are sealed & the only way to remove them would destroy the units, however if they are on the outside of the glass then that is a diff matterI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
