Dishwashers too tall...

Hi,
I have a query regarding installing a dishwasher into a kitchen that doesn't currently have one.
I'm not looking at integrated (cupboard door) style dishwashers, just the standard ones as I want to pick something up for around £200 or less.
The space I have is height 84cm and all the dishwashers I've seen are quoted as 85cm tall, urgh. Do the quoted heights include the feet? and can you install a dishwasher without its feet?
My only other option would be to remove the floor tiles where the dishwasher will sit.
Thanks

it's not the dishwasher is too tall it's your worktops are too low it's the fault of who ever installed your kitchen, worktops are nearly always put in at 900mmI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
Bosch make dishwashers 845 tall, but they also have removeable tops so the height can be taken down to 815mm

You won't get one for £200 though.0 -

I see, well unfortunately there's not much I can do about that as I've just bought the property and the kitchen is the one room that doesn't need a refurb!0 -

They look great, but unfortunately I don't have £500 to spend0 -
I have the same problem...and when I last bought a dishwasher I had a choice of Bosch...or Bosch. I think I paid somewhere in the region of £300-400 for mine, though-still above budget but not as scary as £500.
The trouble with removing the tiles, I suspect, is that you'd probably have to remove far more than just the ones under the worktop in order to slide the dishwasher in...
You could always buy a washing up bowl and save up for a couple more months...import this0 -
Thanks all for the contributions, it looks like its going to have to be Bosch.
The cheapest I can find is £386 though sadly so it may be the washing up bowl for a while!0 -
Mine is a Beko... £200 from co-op electrical online. The top shelf comes off (just a couple of screws) to give an extra 2-3 cm clearance. I'd recommend checking this out before spending a fortune on a Bosch.0

You need to measure one. They are all adjustable, and you need to know the minimum height.
I'm fitting one of these next week, on paper it ticks all the boxes for you.
