ebay different name/address

user has <10 feedback 100% (on small/inexpensive items) and the ebay account and paypal have a different name/address (although same surname)
hesitant to ship this as it's a ~£400 item..
any advice?

Follow the usual rules for protection- I'm not sure what else you mean?
Send tracked to the address paypal tell you is OK to send to, make sure your courier guarantees a signature on arrival (regulars may correct me here as I know the protection requirement is changing re signature but I am not sure when).I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. ^What Soolin said. Your buyer could be sending to a family member if it's the same surname. I send gifts all the time, changing the address in PayPal.They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
