Cabot Fin Credit card / S... Default Satisfied 12/08/2012
Natwest Loan Default Satisfied 10/01/2011
Natwest dates is correct and hasnt changed, I have checked my credit report a few times and the cabot date keeps changing orginally it said it was completed last year......which is correct updated satisfied last year. But it has changed dates 3 times now....
whats shall i do? is this correct all my other loan companys etc havent changed but they keep updating my file?

Most vital thing is the "default date" as that controls how long the entry stays on your credit report.
"default date" should be on or before the start date of your IVA. If it is after, then it is wrong.
The satisfaction date (if given) should be the IVA completion date, but it's not critical that it's exactly correct as long as it is listed as satisfied.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

but my i.e natwest when opened up has more details
partial settlement date 00/00/00
default date -
default balance £****
satisfaction date -
My cabot just says
default date - 00/00/00
default balance - £****
no satisfaction date
They both say balance satisfied, As per previous post cabot keeps updating the file!?!?0 -
Cabot from partners dealings with them are rubbish and blame every mistake to a system error such as putting a late payment against her for 1 month even though she pays by direct debit and has not changed and had money there.
I would get in touch with them and chase them on the date you may need to send your certificate of completion off to them I had to do this to arrow global who took my loan on. Get in touch with the credit ref company they can write a letter to them requesting this information to be changed as they are breaking the data protection act by holding inaccurate information about you.
Regards and good luck
