iTunes on new laptop question?

I've just bought a new laptop and want to transfer all my iTunes stuff on to it as my old laptop is pretty much bin fodder, problem is that I think I have reached the limit on sharing, is there a way round this where computers are replaced as one of the computers is dead and the other is being replaced so we will only actually have iTunes on 2 active computers.
I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world

Do you mean authorisation with itunes itself?
if so.. If you can load up the other computer you can de-authorise it, which frees up one that you can then use that on the new computer. If they're all (5) taken by current and un-accesable units (laptops, desktops, macs etc) then you can reset them all once a year.
