Wrong plug supplied.

Just received a PowerPad for my iPhone & it only has a 2 pin plug. I already have one but wanted another for my bedroom and the model number is identical. Mine came with a 3 pin standard plug.!
The photo had the plug turned around so you can't see how many pins there are and no mention in the listing. I've emailed the seller letting him know that I was expecting a 3 pin plug. He could have at least let me know so I'd have known to get an adapter!!
Would!this be cause for a snad as all I want is an adaptor now ( more money. !Sigh)

I'm assuming a business seller? if so you don't even need to raise a SNAD, you are entitled to a refund on returnI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Would it be grounds for a refund, assuming an item is going to come with what you expect.
A lot of items now come with a 2 pin and usually an adapter to attack 3 pin. More economical to produce a psu with various adapters than to make for individual countries.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -
Can't you just cut the 2 pin plug off and attach a 3 pin one? That's what I've done with items from the continent.......Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.

You can buy adapters for less than a pound, is it really worth all the bother................make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Just had a quick look at completed listings, although you can't see the pins, it is certainly a 2 pin, had it been 3 pin uk, would be a lot broader where the neg and live pins are.
Much easier to just buy a shaver adapter (as long as the PSU is under 1 amp)Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0
