Hi everyone,
we were currently renovating our flat when we found out my mrs is pregnant.
obviously now we need a house and as much money as we can get, so do I now just put it on the market unfinished, all it needs is a new modern kitchen and some wallpaper in the bathroom,
but as funds are low, i'm not gonna be able 2 do the rest of the work,
would people still buy it unfinished?
best wishes

It will reflect on the price that you will get for it, i would finish the bathroom as a couple of rolls of paper is cheap, and clean the kitchen up as best you can. Any offer will take into consideration a few grand for a new kitchen
I have nothing better to do!!!!

People will buy almost anything but you will find an unfinished flat harder to sell and you will get a lower price.
Wallpapering the bathroom should be cheap and easy and well worth doing. Choose a neutral colour scheme and not something outrageous even if that is your taste.
Think about a makeover for the kitchen. You could maybe fit new doors to the units and paper or paint the walls and put up some tiles.
Make it look newer than it really is at fairly low cost. You should more than recover the cost of materials and your time in the selling price..
Congratulations on the baby and good luck.
