How to block a bidder

I got a message about on old toy I'm selling on ebay, asking why do you not ship to Germany? I had a look at the person submitting the question, zero feedback, member for 4 days. I said i don't ship internationally.

It could be the user is legit, but it seem suspect. I would like to be able to block any bid from them, before I get into negative feedback territory. Alas the ebay guides are useless, they just say add to blocked bidder list, without saying where that is.

What is my best course of action?

Thanks, for some reason I thought that was just a help page, didn't realise it was the block bidder page.

Might be a bit paranoid, but zero feedback made me a bit suspiscious.

Everyone has to start somewhere, however, personally I DREAD it when someone with 0 feedback buys one of my items...

    Why?
As somebody (Soolin i think, and i agree) mentioned before, zero or low feedback buyers seem to be the the better ones. The real PIA always seem to be buyers with a 100+ feedback!

Your best course of action is to block international bidders in your selling preferences

Absolutely, more problems with buyers with feedback in the 1000s rather than 0
