Cannot contact talktalk

I have been trying to contact talktalk on the members forum or the webmail but it seems impossible to do this what am I doing wrong.

Also since my contract has ended with them their fees have doubled and also I seem to be with talktalk and AOL at the same time. Can anyone throw light on this for me please. :T

If you are still using their service, you remain under contract until you give them 30 days notice of leaving. TT and AOL are the same company so their charging should be complementary, not in duplicate. Finally, they are permitted to raise prices.

hello teajug, the talktalk forum does get very busy sometimes and they never give real time responses, have youi had a response from them as yet?

Do you stll want to remain with talktalk??? if you do contact them via your talktalk phone on 150, and negotiate some reductions following an agreement with a 12 month contract. I know the staff on the talktalk forum willnot be able to help with reductions, hope that helps, good luck

Are you registered on the Members Forum and posted your issue in a new thread?

Some sections of the forum do get busier than others, Broadband Support is a particular example, however OCE will respond to all support threads we reiceve in due course.
