replacement of roof

Hi,

I need to replace my 3bed semi roof tiles along with fascia, gutters and soffitt.

Can any one guide me how much will it cost approximately?

My builder quoted £2700 (including material). Is that any good?

    The whole roof or just a few tiles? If its retiling the whole roof then it sounds to good to be true.
