changed to ag eon

hi every one
i changed to ag eon uk on the 26-09-2012 for gas and electric
i have repayment meters they sent me a key and a gas card put the gas card in my meter went donw right after putting the eon gas card in meter said call for help as me and my wife are disabled my wife is house bound tried phoning them was kept on phone for 25 minits then got through to them and a gas man come to check the meter he had to change it and put a newmeter in when i put the eon gas card in i went and got £5 of gas on the card the gas man told me the card is no good now as a new meter was put in so i had to ring them again waited an other 25 minits to get an answer one of there customer services spoke to me told him what happend he said he would gat a new card out to me on on saturday moring and to put that card in the meter to get gas and he would send out an other gas card in a few days so i could get the £5 i all ready paid it is now wensday the the 3-10-2012 and still no gas cards from eon paid £6.47 in phone calls to them sent them 2 emails last saturday and still no conntact from them as were disabled people with needs and a stair lift i thought changing over to them we would get good customer service how wrong i was i have now phoned my old supplyer to go back with them witch will take 4 weeks never again would i change companys i thought i would like to let people no no matter if your disabled or not they dont seem to care they tell you any thing just to get rid of you and am i glad i have repaymet meters afer read what other people on here have had to put up with eon so be for you change check out there customer services be for you change supplyer

    I sounds like you have had a pretty bad experience with us and I'm really sorry about that :o.

    It really shouldn't be this hard if all you have asked for is a new gas card, it should just be popped in the post for you.

  • no thanks Helena i have phoned my old supplyer and am going to change back to them if i have to post messages on here to get an anwser then eon is not that great at least the company im going back with the phone calls are free and you can talk to them on line never had any probs be for no more changing for me this is it for me by by eon
