eh, that's cracker, thanks Angie!!
In the end though, I made the most delicious courgette, spinach and tomato type pie - so satisfying that some of the ingredients were what i'd grown myself!
thanks againOfficial DFW Nerd no: 563 - Proud to be dealing with my debts:j0 -

Someone mentioned a whole collection of web sites where you can list what you have in your cupboard and it will give you recipe ideas. Is it on this list?Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time0

Hi,
Click on the link near the top of the forums listing page for the Old Style Indexes.
The one you want is the cooking section of the MEGA Index...
In fact the shortcut is here:-

Web sites are listed at the end of the section.

Hi countrymusicfan,
These are the only two that I can remember right now, although I'm sure that there are more:
Cooking by numbers
recipefinder
It's also worth having a look at the BBC food recipes website where you can enter in ingredients and see what they come up with.

Is there a website, where you can put in Ingredients that you have in the cupboards and it comes up with some sort of recipe for you?
I've got stuff in the cupboards that need eating up, but can't think of what to make with them (eg Tuna, Potatoes, Rice, Beans etc) and was hoping that there was some sort of site that gave you some ideas of what to do if you input ingredients.
