Penalty Charge Notice Appeal?
Hi
Woke up this morning 3.10.12 to find a yellow plastic square attached to my front windscreen. Brilliant.
The circumstances regarding my parking ticket were as follows;
Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours.
Parked on a double yellow.
Parked half on the street and half on the pavement.
However the road marking are severly faded.
I parked there overnight and the Lampposts havent worked on that particular road for a few weeks.
Havent checked that the T-bar marking yet but I'm just wondering if i have a case.
Thanks
B

The lines on the road are not what matters it is the signs at either end of the restriction. Unlit roads are becoming the normal in lots of towns now so be prepared with a torch to try and read the signs.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.
