Ebay will have told you in the email about your restriction, they usually limit your sales for a period of somewhere between 1-3 months. That is in itself a real problem as it very often means a seller cannot recover as the thing you need to do to recover is get the low stars (1 or 2*) as a lower percentage overall- so by restricting your sales they make this almost impossible. Depending on where your low stars are and at what point in that last year, you may find you will end up suspended.
So, look at your expanded dashboard, see what low stars you have and when they were. Then see if there is anything you can appeal and get removed. Ebay have bene known to remove low stars where a seller can show 100% positive feedback yet a row of 4* (you can narrow it down but never let ebay know you have identified a buyer). You need to spend some time now dealing with this if you are going to save your account, so get working, run reports and let us know which areas you have the low stars in. Also say what your overall stars are and whether this restriction is only for 1 or 2 * or whether you have overall low stars as well.
As for the 2nd bit, if your daughter shares the same ISP, surname and address then yes she is likely to eventually get closed down if your account is ultimately suspended for good.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
