Pyrolitic or Hydraclean oven (or none!)?

We are getting a new kitchen soon and also need a new oven. At first we looked at pyrolitic, but then someone told us about the new hydraclean system, which seems safer.
Both systems are quite expensive (there are cheap options like Beko but not sure I trust them?).
Are they really worth it? Or are new ovens easier to clean anyway? (have never bought an oven, the existing one came with the house and it's Bosch).
Ideally I would like not to spend more than £500 (single oven)....

Pyrolitic Ovens are worth it in my book, you can get a reasonable one (Zanussi or similar) for less than £400 and in my experience they are not unsafe, and they work.
Who likes cleaning ovens...I have one (AEG, cost about £550) and would not go back.
Have no experience of the new hydraclean system though so cannot advise whether one is better than the other.0 -
I asked on here whether pyrolytic ovens were worth it and the responses persuaded me they were!0

Yes, pyrolitic ovens are definitely worth it.
Hydroclean used to be a system found on Neff ovens about 10 years ago. AFAIK, its been years since it was dropped. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
We've been recommended a TEKA oven with hydraclean, very new.. so if it was dropeed, it's been picked up again!
It's difficult to find reviews online for cheap pyrolitic, and as I say we don't want to spend > £500, but I'll keep looking.
Thanks to all!0 -
Pyrolytic - definitely!
Under £500 - Definitely not!0 -
Thanks CKdesigner, it's really difficult to make a decision!! Anything decent for £500...?0

How about something like this:

There is also a cashback promo on if you buy by 31/10
Or this:

Smeg don't have a great reputation for reliability but it comes with a 5 year warranty so might be a good bet in the price range
There's a John Lewis own brand pyrolytic in this price range too that comes with a 3 year guarantee but that doesn't have good reviews. With it being John Lewis they'd exchange it if you had issues.0 -
The first link doesn't work, can you tell me the model number, was it a zanussi?0
