Possibly not as slow as my 'student'. I'm mentoring DS2's GF through making a dress and bought the fabric, pattern etc on Saturday then measured and cut out pattern and a few of the pieces on Sunday. The only problem is that they only come to visit every 4 weeks so this WILL be a long drawn-out process! Having said that, I suppose your lessons are a couple of hours long, whereas she's with me all weekend.
You'll be applying to be an assistant Stitching Witch soon
