What is the position with HA allocations, as there is bound to be on a new estate? You are always going to be living in what is effectively a part-council estate.

Build quality will be OK to dreadful, all MDF and filler. The rooms will be small and corners will have been cut wherever possible, so expect to hear neighbours rumpy-pumpy loud and clear (and vice-versa).

Watch out for the parking position, they may well have sold the parking 'enforcement' to a shyster wheel-clamper so you can only park one car per unit without getting a £60 fine.

Any garden will be awful, just a skim of soil over rubble and subsoil from the excavations.
