Trying to find key for alarm item

Hi all,

We have an alarm in our house and its got this item:

I believe its for elderly people to press when they're asleep upstairs and hear a burgler.

Problem is that my wife pressed it and now I can't get the button to come back out and it causes a problem with the alarm.

I think it requires a key, but I am not sure where I can get that key.

If you unscrew the casing you can usually pop the button back up.
