I have been claiming ESA for 2 years. Will i be entitled to working tax credits?

You can claim on hours of 16+ but obviously the more the salary the less the benefit.
Don't forget you are also entitled to claim the 'job grant' and 'return to work credit'.0 -
Hi, here are the qualifying rules regarding the disability element in WTC and the link gives more info. Based on the OP you meet requirements one and three, so have a look at the link and see if you meet number 2.
The Working Tax Credit (Entitlement and Maximum Rate)Regulations, Reg. 4 and Reg. 9
The disability element is payable if the claimant, or at least one of the claimants in a joint claim:- is engaged in qualifying remunerative work for at least 16 hours a week and
- has a physical or mental disability which puts him at a disadvantage in getting a job and
- satisfies the “qualifying benefit test”
