Anyone familiar with Nissan Primera?

Have a Nissan Primera 1.8 manual 5 door hatchback, whenI got back in after having the car washed and vaxed, the seat belt sign stayson, also on the dash, there is a warning sign stating “possible airbagmalfunction” attend a Nissan dealership asap.

Anyone have any advice?

it sounds like you have got water into your side crash actuator this is in the sill or b post and would set off the airbag in the seat if hit in the side
  • Thanks, do I have to take it to a dealetship for repair?

Maybe you knocked the seat belt sensor wiring under the seat, its not registering that you have put your seat belt on.

Have a look underneath the drivers/passenger seat.
