Seller being really unhelpful...

Hi everyone, just after a bit of advice, i purchased two moses basket bedding sets from ebay, from a business seller, which included two 'skirts' to go round the moses basket (i paid extra for these as they also had listed just the bedding without the skirts but being picky about things matching i bought the bundles).

After receiving them i tried to fit the skirt on the moses basket but it doesnt quite fit, now there were no measurements on the listing but i have a standard sized basket according to all websites selling them. So i messaged the seller and queried that they didnt fit, only to be ignored, so i sent another message today and got this as a reply;

Can honestly say never had a problem and i've sold lots of them, and have them on display in my shop. sorry i cant help with your question.

Now to me that reads, oh well tough luck!! But wondered what others would do in the same situation? It also looks as though on their picture in the listing the skirt looks slightly too small but i didnt notice this until today when i went back to the listing.

As seller is obviously a business send the whole lot back for a full refund. Give him notice now and remember to send it all back tracked

Thanks soolin, i did consider doing this, but the actual bedding is fine (and lovely) and the skirts were only an extra £5 on top of the price had i just purchased the bedding alone, so sending it all back tracked seems like ill be worse off, if they dont refund return postage. I was just considering making it known in feedback left that i was unhappy and the seller was unhelpful, but didnt know if this was unfair, never left anything but positive before!
