Lloyds TSB Online Banking/Credit Cards question....

When I log into my online banking, and click on the credit card link on the right hand side, a pop up now appears: http://www.lloydstsb.com/credit_cards.asp . When I log into internet banking via the pop up, and again click on the credit card link, the same pop up appears, and so on and so on, therefore it is impossible for me to apply....
Is this happening to anyone else?
A couple of months ago I could click on the credit card link, and have the option to apply for any of the Lloyds credit cards - could this be a cpd marker or something?

If you can't get to the "Apply" screen when not logged in, it is probably simply a browser problem. Clean your history/cache/cookies and try again. If still no luck, apply for whatever you want to apply on the phone or in Branch.0

I find if anything does not work in IE then Google Chrome comes to my rescue.0
