Bruin or Chicco Buggy anyone - what should I get?

I'm looking at getting a new buggy (want a red one! comfort, basket, safety not an issue so long as its red!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: )

Has anyone got either of these or any other recommendations. Budget about £70-80.

Cant find any reviews anywhere about either of them.

Cheers in advance - and happy Easter:T

Have you tried the Chicco Or the Bruin? I tried the Chicco and found it difficult to push. I ended up with the Maclaren Triumph in lovely red! I got it from Kiddicare but I don't think it's in stock on line (I live fairly near their shop).

havent tried either of them to be honest. Had I have done that with the one I have at the minute (mothercare maxim), I wouldn't be looking at getting another one already!

Might pop over to our local mothercare where they will have both the chicco and maclaren. Toysrus ia quite a way away so might leave that on the back burner for now.

From my experience I have always found mclaren to be nothing short of superb. i have 3 children under 8 and as soon as all of them got to 6 months or so they were strait into a mclaren and they were always as heppy as i was. the drawback of mclaren though is tht they are not great out shopping as the baskets are very small and you cannot uput stuff on the handles without child in there as it will tip. BUT they are definetly the easiest to push and will last you very easily untill child is old enough not to need buggy any more.
Chicco are good but i found them much harder to puchy than the Macs but they do tend to be ably to get more underneath both are about the same size when folded ddepending on which model you choose.
I have had several mclarens the most recent was thier quest model which was very very good
    Good luck

    Hiya,
I agree mclarens are great, I have 3 pushchairs (dont ask!), I have a maclaren xt,maclaren quest and an icoo infinity by hauck (this was my dearest one! I had to have a pink one!!).
I have a baby girl 8 months just couldnt decide and HAD to have PINK!!!

Maclarens are great if you have a small boot(i have a yaris),great for nipping around town especially the school run (hate it!!).

Have a look on boots.com I brought my maclaren about two weeks ago was £100 reduced to £80 then i got about £20 worth of points well worth it and free P&P!

    Good luck

I wanted a lightweight pushchair and got this one off ebay ( brand new /Cancelled mothercare order) for reviews it is the same as the mothercare jive one (except this one also comes with, basket, hood and raincover), I thought a great price for £32.00 give or take a few pence.
