CPA's can also come out of a current account.
Once you have informed cardguard etc. They send the details direct to your card provider...
So no need to worry about any liability after the time it is done. It there was a issue and it went to FOS. They would go by the time of your 1st contact to stop the card.
A major issue is the number of people who never update their card details when they get a new card.
So the card provider then ends up trying to contact card holder to see which card they mean.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
