Sos for the confusion. I didn't mean anything negative  Just that mentioning disability/discrimination seems to have got them to answer this one at last. I know Gav's tried to resolve this issue with them more than once. Thanks to both of you :T:T:TI am brave, I am bruised
I am who I'm meant to be
I'm not scared to be seen
I make no apology
THIS IS ME!
When you talk down to others it says more about you than them.0 -

Update:
Only just noticed that the wording has changed on the T&Cs to:
The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
Can't believe they did what they said they would. I thought 'yeah, right, I'll believe it when I see it'. So all credit to lovely Linda0 -
Thanks for finding this out - I don't have a driving license yet, so always wondered whether if I won, I could have the car collected by my dad until I've passed my test. Now I can enter with confidence!2015 comp wins - £370.25
Recent wins: gym class, baby stuff
Thanks to everyone who posts freebies and comps! :j0 -
My driving test is 2 months away, so if in the unlikeliest of occasions I were to win, would it be okay to just put the car in my dad/ mum's name?0

As stated in section 3.11 of our general competition terms and conditions available at http://www.itv.com/termsandconditions/generalcompetitionvoteandpolltermsandconditions/default.html, we would not require any winner to take up all elements of the prize should they choose not to take up a certain prize element (although we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing).
thanks for this post :T
im sure i seem to recall a comp whereby the prize was xx amount of cash and xx amount of your mortgage paid and they said if you didnt have a mortgage you couldnt win just the xx amount of cash
so not having a mortgage, i didnt enter, but the cash would have been handy
so next time i know i can & i will enter

Apparently everything has a happy ending and if you havent arrived at the happiness, it hasnt ended yet :think:0 -
Thanks for finding this out One Yorkshire Lass.
I'm in the can't drive for medical reasons category too. So knowing this info, I'll enter in future.0
