If the sign refers to clamping only, then yes.

If the sign is about tickets and/or clamping, they have a two year window.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

I thought the combined signs had a 6 month window until March?

Actually according to ppc_guy on another forum, it's March 2015 for mixed signs.

But, according to another poster who lives in Glasgow, there are still clamping signs up in Scotland 20 years after it became illegal, so I don't know who's supposed to enforce this.

On the BPA COP mixed signs must be removed by end of March 2013
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

The combined signs have breathing space but they are not excluded from the practice. Today I parked at my favourite place where clamping was the norm and it seems they like many others still have their signs for clamping. Being close to the car, I could see through the job centre window that no one came near my car and even the police came and parked along the same row of this petrol station forecourt. I believe they have taken heed of the new law, but if they haven't and they clamp me, so God help them.
