I will - bit scared, because I think it is going to be rather a lot.
How are councils regarding payment plans? Is there any chance of me coming up with a plan to pay them for everything I owe? Will they accept it?

Do check that they know the date you moved out of the property that you shared with your ex and have the correct information.

Couldn't get through before they closed. So will ring tomorrow and see what can be done. I want no more Bailiffs at my front door and I have been putting my head in the sand for too long. There must be a way for me to pay back this debt somehow...

Also just checked the Bailiff record. On the form he handed me he is just called "Mr Collins" - I checked the register for Collins and he is not registered at my local council, Magistrates Court or Confero Collections???

there are 3 bailiffs with the surname Collins on the bailiff register 2 certificated to company's 1 self-employed none certificated to Confero Collections Ltd

send the bailiff a text and ask him to confirm date of certification and the name of the court

you really need this info so we can establish what is going on with your accounts
1 - how many Liability Orders they have against you
2 - the dates they were obtained
3 - the addresses they were for
4 - the period of time each covers
5 - how much each one was for
6 - how much is still outstanding
7 - the dates they were passed on for enforcement
8- have there been any adjustments to liability orders if yes how much was the adjustment
9- date local authority informed Confero Collections Ltd of the adjustment to any accounts
