hi
i won a pic on ebay from the usa which hasnt arrived.
opened a case in paypal and seller gave tracking info which says-Electronic Shipping Info Received
i paid for this on 25th august.
seller isnt responding and im fed up with waiting
is there anything else i can do? how long do paypal take? i dont really want to phone them as tbh i cant really afford to.

If you have escalated then there's nothing you can do other than ring Paypal and ask them to review it over the phone.0
