i do hereby apologise for telling you not to get drunk when you have children to look after.
Get drunk please, please show your children thats the way to deal with "grief".

Like i care if you drink one sip of ta water, half a 0% beer or ten bottles of vodka.

You made it sound like you had very young children.

i obviously do not know if you have children of your own = but

i never ever ever lie to my children

we have a very close family

we all grieve - and accept each others way of grieving

and wp does not help - we know that now

He is getting along brilliantly, thanks for asking:)He did spare me a few minutes of his time for a quick chat today on the phone (Hes rubbish at keeping in touch;)) and he sounded a bit stressed. Got it out of him that hes done far too much partying for freshers and now has a heap of work that he hasnt done:eek:Well I knew it would happen so he'll have to knuckle down now, that and he has run out of clean clothes so is attempting to use a washing machine for the first time tomorrow;):rotfl:

He'll catch up with his work, don't fret ;) as for the washing machine, well the worst that can happen is that he may shrink some things, or worse still have a colour run

The partying comes with the territory, all things new etc ..... but he will settle down after a while :A
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

I'd give him a glowing bottom if I were you :rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I think he owes me big time, I have even gone out and bought him loads of the RTC ground coffee tonight. Big thanks to the OPs of that one, he gets through a pack a week so will save me a small fortune. :T

I did think when I was buying it he really didn't deserve it but at 74p, 75p and 84p a packet what could I do but buy it. ;)

A friend of mine once sent me a post card with a picture of the entire planet Earth taken from space. On the back it said, "Wish you were here."

One of my favourites was when he claimed gravity was invented to stop the sky filling up with dead birds.:D
