My son is 16 and only wants clothes to go partying tomorrow, and I am grieving for my monkey who I happened to love very, very much.
And he understands - he is looking after the other monkey at the moment.
And who said anything about getting drunk? Just a few to drown my sorrows. Dont we all need a little something sometimes?????
My first snipe on here. Suppose it had to happen:(
Just when I needed some kind words:(
Lots of hugs to you.. I shouldn't worry about people having a go at you for being drunk whilst in charge and all that.. its usually the people who do that that themselves and are feeling guilty who tend to have a go.. Its something to do with reverse psychology and all that.. anyway.. tell me.. did you really have a monkey? A real one?0 -

I didn't need to send my till spits in, I got a reply next day saying they were sending complimentary vouchers, and they did. I did genuinely have 10 till spits tho and would have sent hem back if asked.
Oh.. so you emailed, but didn't bother to SHARE on here.. nice one. I'll remember that.0 -

2 big strapping sons - 16 and 20 - so if i want to get a little merry and mourn my little baby monkey - then nobody should be mean to me for that.
Thank you NEWBIE1980 for sticking up for me:T

Had loads of the car coupons but can't remember where I put them now:o Probably somewhere in the spare bedroom that has been used as a storeroom while the house renovations have been going on. Must investigate:(
Will also pm if I spot anything local although I'm probably not going to spend as much time as I used to in Tesco:rotfl:. Spending a lot of time in charity shops and auctions at the moment. Daughter is getting married next year and we need to find 120 place settings of bone china tea ware:eek: for a "vintage" afternoon tea. Got about 40 so far...only 80 to go:rotfl:
If you have permanently lost them let me know - sounds like you are going to be quite busy I am sure someone on here had lots of vintage cups but I can't remember who0 -

The youngest is 18?
Hello Tricia,
My youngest is actually 12 - a beautiful blonde young lady. And she is so upset that our monkey died and we had to bury him in the garden that she has gone to stay at a friends house tonight.
She also couldnt bear to think of him in the ground.
My other kids are 16. 18 . and 20 - the older ones are out for a friends birthday = prearranged - or they would not have gone for they also are heartbroken. So only my 16yr old home - who is loving and understanding - but still wants his washing done - which, of course, I have done.
So please dont be mean to me:(
Kids friend - who I do all his washing - i am his number 2 mum - has just turned up to cheer me up:)0
