Well I was a bit late getting round to ringing Kimberley Clarke up about the kleenex shine wipes. Have just got off the phone to the very nice lady who tells me that she is going to send me a pre-paid envelope for me to send her the vouchers and she will then send me the shine wipes by return post. No mention of the generic voucher
.
Anybody else had this?
HI i phoned this morning at 10am and the lovely lady said send vouchers in and she would send £3 vouchers that could be used in any of the big retailers.:)
hope she meant vouchers for you and not shiny wipes0 -

In mine Kenco Medium Roast, Kenco Cafe Crema and Kenco Colombian are 95p. There is also a couple of odd Carte Noir Cafe Creme but didn't get those scanned.
All the reductions are very store specific. All the sugars and teabags scanned at full price for meThough there was lots of coffee and Tassimo (just watch your dates!)

No idea if its true or not but we dont even know if they mean us More than likely its the photoshoppers out there. Scammers seems a very strong statement for somebody buying goods in their store using their price guarantee system and then using any voucher that is produced to pay for more goods in their store.
I agree very odd to phase it in such a way, especially since they know anything they say is more then likely to end up here! I was trouted by an SA for using a Mcvities cake MOC and the SA told me that particular store had over £300 in fraud vouchers the previous week. I did phone HO and when they eventually phoned me back (week later) again they told me they had an increased number in APGs being misused by SAs not signing the receipt and customers printing out the voucher again. They hoped that the new APG system would not allow this to happen. Maybe A should consider altering the T&Cs to say that when we use an APG they have to keep the original receipt therefore that problem would be eliminated.
I have a £32 voucher left which I will be using this weekend, I'm hoping the person I know will be working so can aviod being trouted, however if I am I will stand my ground.0 -

Was making pizza for tea and just burnt tomato sauce cause I was trying to post this on coupon thread too using my phone! Took me ages and house now stinks of burnt garlic and tomatoes, off to start again.

I see that there has been alot of discussion on whether A. have been told to hassle customers with APGs or not.
Here is my view having had a problem using an APG today.
Quite early on in the glitch, I got a bit carried away and ended up with an APG for £47-01:eek:. Obviously I was a bit worried about using it.
Today was the expiry date, so I thought what the heck, I'll go for it!!:)
Armed with a trolley containing a new duvet, a litre of vodka and lots of other bits and pieces I chose a young, male SA.
Poor lad! He looked at the APG and didn't know what to do.
I told him that if it was a problem I didn't mind if he wanted to get it checked, so he called for a supervisor.
She went away with it and came back and said, "I am very sorry but we can only put it through for £15 as that is the maximum allowed for an APG"
I said that I thought that any vouchers issued before the cap would be OK.
She spoke to someone else and said "would you mind going to CS and to sort it out there."
"No problem" I said, so off we tootled to the CS desk.
The problem seemed to be, was whether the voucher was issued before or after the cap was put in place and none of the staff seemed to know when this was.
After a few phone calls the lady on CS said there was no problem with my APG and proceeded to put my shopping through the till, apologising all the time for having kept me waiting.
So, no hassling and very polite and helpful staff who unfortunately don't seem to have all the information they need, to sort out the problems there have been with some APGs.
I really don't think that A. head office has sent a memo out telling the staff to be unpleasant to anyone using APGs, I just think the staff haven't been told exactly what to look for so are all being a bit over cautious!
This was in the Blackp@@l store for anyone who is worried about using APGs in there:D
I have to say I've never had a problem in there at all squigs. In fact the SAs I have had seem genuinely pleased that I have managed to 'get such a big one' . I did have a young lass one day who squealed when I handed over a £14 odd one and insisted on showing the SAs on either side of her! which made me sweat a bit. I honestly think by the reactions I've had that they don't see a lot of APGs in there, well not high value ones anyway.
Incidentally, is there any reduced coffee in there? And if so have you left any:D:D....looking for filter stuff mainly. Thanks:)0 -
