I still cant figure it, I can understand more than one APG voucher being printed off, thats easy enough.

But you still need the receipt to match your APG so do they work in pairs ie go to a friend on the till who pretends to circle and scribble on the receipt and then gives it back to the customer. Or just drop the receipt in the "bin" for later?

But tills have cameras over them so it would soon be picked up that it was the same till person. And I think some stores still do random searchs of people who work on tills.

Or do the scammers get a new till receipt by recalling the transaction, again it needs to be someone actually working for sada on customer services.

Correct no memo about hassling people, only about validating vouchers, you previously said

"From reading the posts over the past couple of days I get the impression that ASDA have sent a memo to all branches to hassle APG customers as much as possible. "

There is a new memo that went out. It pretty much said you can no longer put a APG voucher onto a gift card and that its now upto the stores discretion if your allowed to use it.

If a store thinks you have gone over your allowed limit they are within there rights to refuse it, Im not sure why they "allowed" it via the glitch but the following day after the glitch was fixed they then changed the rules.

    Before it was
Finally, it is not down to the store to decide when a customer has exceeded their monthly limit. If this is the case, the system will highlight this and will not allow the customer to print the voucher.

The bottom line is this: If the customer has an Asda Price Guarantee voucher and matching receipt, we must accept the voucher.

I had a couple of issue a week ago and gave them the email I had got and was told that this is no longer valid. I was then told by the store I had used "fake" infomation and I said I never used fake info I used the asda iphone app and it never asked me for personal infomation.

I was also told that the "email i got" was in general terms about using high value vouchers and not about using more then £100 in a month.

The couple of stores I used before are now really tight on the rules, I only had about £400 left and pretty much used them all now.

My only guess is that once the glitch was over, People had gone back to the receiptand then reused the ones that the SA never signed. I find this very doubt full as out of the bunch of receipts I had only 2 was never signed. 99.9% of the time the SA did what they should have done. Remember this is Asda and not Tesco.. In the end tesco had to give out unique barcodes because none of the tesco staff really gived a toss about it.

One store in southampton got really funny with any APG vouchers and marched you to customer service to have the voucher checked on there ipad in store, I had a iphone and confirmed it on that and that was fine. I then found out that security watch for people in the car park for collecting receipts, I had a chat with one and I thought people was just collecting to get the apg but he told me that people then would match the receipt with a voucher and claim it. This was a week or 2 before the glitch and then they saw a massive amount of valid ones, I asked a little more and the guy told me about a week before a couple was caught using loads of fake vouchers. When I saw the sign I just thought they had a lot and thought they was fake. Now i understand why they had added a notice to every till.

The main issue is that the staff are on there guard but then think every customer using one of these vouchers are commiting fraud.

I think its when the SA forgets to sign your receipt. It happened to me once and I thought about using it again... but then was told it was fraud. Thank god I asked someone about it first. Otherwise, i'd be in a lot of trouble now.

Anyone having a problem with the Chockblock vouchers? used 2 yesterday for the bars and they would not scan( as usual). So went to CS who said it was because I tried to use more than one and it is 1 per transaction. What a load of rubbish. How did the till know I wanted to use more than one when it did not scan the 1st one? Has anybody been using them for the 2 bars for £2.00 and them being accepted? Ta

Self scan wouldn't accept my vouchers but sa just manually input the vouchers for me. The error mesage the till gave was " insufficent spend on product" or something like that.

Tell the sa the voucher says 1 per purchase not 1 per transaction.
